          Elite Electric Inc. shall warrant our labor and material for a period of one year from the original date of occupancy, and no longer than two years from notice of completion to the builder. Whichever comes first.

Many electrical problems in new homes can be resolved by useful information being given to the homeowner, such as: Properly resetting breakers, resetting GFI’s, installing light bulbs and referrals to utility companies. You may want to check with your customer service representative before scheduling an electrician. It is our policy to charge for a minimum service charge which is 2 hours at $52.00 per hour when there is no electrical problem found by the electrician, so, please call if you have any questions on the operation of your electrical system and we will be happy to help you.           Our warranty will be voided if there are any modifications done to the electrical system which adversely affects its operation.
